Meet Ashley Rushford! Ashley is a 28-year-old published writer and wardrobe stylist that was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but currently resides in New Jersey. She also has Caribbean roots as her family is from Belize, which is a country on the Eastern Coast of Central America.

Ashley received her Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, which has provided her with opportunities to have articles published on Essence.com, Enstarz, BlackEnterprise.com, Harvest Magazine and IndiqueHair.com, as well as on blogs such as Brittany Sky and Classy Ratchet.

Along with writing Ashley enjoys expressing herself through fashion. She has always had a knack for putting pieces together, which has inspired her to create a Instagram account called @_Styledbyash. On @_Styledbyash Ashley shares outfit inspiration for both men and women that ranges from office wear to casual every day looks. Since launching #StyledbyAsh, Ashley has had the pleasure of styling several people and garnered a solid following of individuals that rely on her posts for her inspiration and assistance with recreating her looks.

Ashley hopes that Sostylash can be a platform that everyone can learn from and come to for advice on every day problems whether it is emotional, financial, spiritual and physical or if anyone needs assistance with styling pieces that they may own or are looking to purchase.
