Juice Recipes From My #10DayJuiceChallenge


Following my commitment to the 10 Day Juice Challenge, I decided to share all of the juice recipes that I have tried throughout the 10 days. All you will need to make your juices is a juicer and the fruits and vegetables listed below. Avoid adding water or ice to any of these recipes as it will create more of a smoothie, instead of a juice. The water and ice will also take away from the nutrients that you will get from the fruit and vegetables.

Fruit Juices: 

Strawberries, Pineapples, Raspberries, and Blackberries

Green apples, Lemon and Cayenne Pepper (Only put about 3 drops of cayenne pepper if you don’t like spicy)

Oranges, Lemons, Pineapples, and Ginger

Strawberries, Apples, and Oranges

Orange, Lemon, and Grapefruit

Apples, Oranges, Carrots and, Lemons

Strawberries, Raspberries, and Pineapples

Grapefruit, Carrots, and Strawberries

Pineapples, Green Apples, Spinach and Lemon


Vegetable Juices:

Kale, Spinach, Celery, Lemons, Cucumber, Parsley and Ginger

Ginger, Bok Choy, Celery, Green Apples

Kale, Bok Choy, Spinach, and Lemon

Celery and Ginger

Cucumber, Celery, Kale, and Ginger

Carrots, Celery, Ginger, and Lemon
